I took my PowerPoint slides about looking for information on Albert Camus and turned them into a movie via Photo Story 3.

Save your PowerPoint presentation first. Then, do a "Save as" and select JPEG File Interchange Format from the drop down menu. Follow directions and save all the slides. This save turns the slides into images. Go to Photo Story 3, a free program from Microsoft Office. Import your images here and....away you go. You can reformat images, add transitions, record dialogue, add music - whatever you need.

The final product will be a movie version of your work. When it's time to present, open up your movie version, press play and let the Photo Story presentation do the talking for you.
